When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed during the week will generally be shipped out within one day of being placed. Orders placed during the weekend or on holidays will generally be shipped out the next business day.
How do I track the status of my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. Your tracking number will be available the day after your order is shipped out. You can also contact info@mywoodensun.com to inquire about your package any time after placing your order.

Order date is the date upon which your order was entered into the system. Ship date is the date upon which your order was processed and transferred to the delivery service provider.

What is the Average shipping time?
after order processing, between 1 o 2 business days your products will be delivered to the shipping company, the delivery date depends on the shipping provider.
