What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal for all domestic orders. We accept PayPal for all international orders. We do not accept cashier's checks or money orders.
Do you offer discount codes?
The best way to find out about available discount codes is to sign up for our email newsletter or follow us on social media for special promotions.
Do you charge sales tax?
Most orders will not be charged sales tax. Currently, we are only required to collect a Florida sales tax of 7% for all orders shipped to a Florida address.
Can I place a custom order?
Unfortunately, we are not able to customize products for individual orders at this time
I never received a confirmation email, what should I do?
Your confirmation email may have been marked as spam by your email provider. If you’ve checked your spam folder and still cannot find your confirmation email, contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you another confirmation.
I made a mistake. Can I change my order?
If you need to change your order, contact email@example.com. Orders that have already been processed and shipped may be subject to additional shipping charges.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed during the week will generally be shipped out within one day of being placed. Orders placed during the weekend or on holidays will generally be shipped out the next business day.
What if the product I want is Out of Stock?
If the product you are looking for is out of stock, contact email@example.com to find out if it is coming back in stock. You can also enter your email on the specific product page to be notified when the item is back in stock.
